I miss us a lot sometimes. 

I feel

homesick.

Not that I miss my home.

I just miss having a landmark.

A place that is familiar.

It used to be familiar here.

But it wasn’t the city.

It was the people here.

Now everybody’s leaving.

Or they already left.

People dont realize what it takes to leave everything behind.

Everything… Like your favorite pair of shoes. Framed pictures of your friends. Your skateboard. Your favorite dress. Your favorites streets. Your mom. Your dad. Your sister. Your place, the one you spent years decorating. But it also just includes all your memories.

Here by myself, with just one suitcase and all my strength, my dreams and my ambition. It makes me feel free.
